These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 9kwin ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the 9kwin website, mobile interface, gaming services, betting services, and any related content or functionality made available by 9kwin.

By accessing the 9kwin platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms are supplemented by the 9kwin Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, individual game rules, and any specific promotion terms published on the platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific policy document.

Access to the 9kwin platform and all its services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met simultaneously at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. 9kwin is an adult-only platform. Misrepresentation of age during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must register using your own personal information — your legal name, your valid Pakistani CNIC, and your own mobile number registered with a Pakistani network (Jazz, Telenor, Zong, Ufone, or Warid).
• You must register and maintain only one (1) account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using different mobile numbers, different names, or through third parties, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, or where 9kwin has explicitly restricted access.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or director of 9kwin or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or business partners.

9kwin reserves the absolute right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified may result in suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Registration constitutes your representation and warranty that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. 9kwin will rely on registered information for all account operations including payments, bonus eligibility, and dispute resolution. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information.

Each registered user is responsible for the security of their 9kwin account credentials, including their username (registered mobile number) and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances. 9kwin will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your 9kwin account, you must:

1. Immediately change your password using the self-service password reset function;
2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) if not already active;
3. Contact 9kwin's live chat support immediately to report the suspected breach; and
4. Provide any verification requested by the security team to assist in the investigation.

9kwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials, your use of shared devices, or your disclosure of login information to third parties.

Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed at 9kwin's discretion where there is evidence of Terms violation, fraudulent activity, money laundering risk, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required period. Suspended accounts retain their balance pending investigation. Permanently closed accounts due to confirmed fraud forfeit all balances.

9kwin supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital Banking, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT (cryptocurrency). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification level.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as the 9kwin account. 9kwin enforces strict name-matching between player accounts and payment sources as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Deposits are final once credited to your 9kwin account. 9kwin does not process deposit reversals after funds have been applied to your balance and used for wagering. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum of one qualifying deposit must have been made and wagered before a withdrawal request will be processed.

• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated individually per promotion and typically range from 15x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used for wagering first unless the active promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be converted to cash directly — only winnings generated after satisfying the wagering requirement can be withdrawn.

Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to place bets based on insider knowledge of manipulated sporting events is a criminal offence and a serious violation of these Terms. 9kwin cooperates with sports integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspicious betting activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9kwin platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in 9kwin's platform or in any game — any such exploits must be reported immediately to support; winnings obtained through known bugs are forfeited;

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9kwin may suspend or permanently terminate any user account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities;
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations requiring account closure;
• At the request of the account holder via a valid self-exclusion or account closure request.

Upon termination for breach, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to ongoing investigation or forfeiture will be returned to the player via their last used withdrawal method within 14 business days of the termination decision, subject to AML clearance.

Material changes to these Terms — defined as changes that significantly affect users' rights or obligations — will be communicated with a minimum of 14 days' notice before taking effect. Your continued use of the 9kwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account prior to the effective date.
